[fish] Refactor fzf-file-widget

- Remove check/set of FZF_TMUX_HEIGHT variable. It is already done by
  __fzf_defaults.
- Remove unnecessary begin/end block.
- Simplify result variable check.
- Insert file names using a single call to commandline.
