[fish] Enable multiple history commands insertion ( #4280 )

Enable inserting multiple history commands. To disable, set `--no-multi`
through `$FZF_CTRL_R_OPTS`.
Also, remove the usage of `become` action, to avoid leaving behind
temporary files.
