Type improvements (config, license, sh, systemd, &c.)

- Add `license` type for various copyright/licence files
- Add `systemd` type for systemd config/unit files
- Update existing `config`, `jinja`, `json`, `sh`, `sql`, `xml`, `yaml` types
- Minor formatting improvements
