Split XMonad.Hooks.DynamicLog

- XMonad.Hooks.DynamicLog.PP: the pretty-printing abstracion, with the
corresponding utilities
- XMonad.Hooks.StatusBar: A new module to provide a better interface to
manage external status bars.
